Welcome to our Web site. My sons and I at The Candle Store are dedicated to offering high quality candles at great prices with personalised service.

Our site has a full e-commerce facility secured by Protx to bring you peace of mind when making your purchase.

All our candles have weights and burn times in the descriptions, however these are only estimates as each candle is hand made and therefore these may vary, it is important to always follow our candle care instruction on how to get the best from each candle.

All orders placed will be dispatched to you via our courier within a maximum of seven days from your order date. Anyone wishing to arrange a speedier delivery can contact us to arrange this. We also offer a special occasion service where we can wrap and include a card from you to another address of your choice. Please call us on 020 3002 8777 to discuss your requirement.

If any of our candles arrive damaged a full refund or replacement is available upon return of the damaged item to us, subject to our terms and conditions. We maintain a large amount of stock but due to stock demand some times we may be out of stock and at that point we will contact you to discuss an alternative or a refund.
